Job Description:

• Support the development and execution of marketing and communications campaigns

• Assist in video editing and production for marketing and internal communications

• Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency

• Manage corporate branding and marketing collateral

• Coordinate with vendors and assist with ad-hoc MarComm duties

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proficient in design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Familiar with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong team player with excellent communication and coordination skills

• Creative thinker with good writing and design sense

• Prior experience or portfolio in marketing/design is a plus

Work Location: Orchard
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
