Job Description

• Handle subscription and billing for digital learning platform
• Provide admin support for business development and engagement tasks
• Create simple guides and marketing materials using PowerPoint and Canva
• Keep data accurate and organize files in shared folders
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and work together to achieve goals

The Talent

• Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Level in Business, HR, Training, or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; advanced functions (PivotTable) are a plus 
• Skilled in PowerPoint and Canva for creating guides and materials
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
