Marine Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding and managing sales activities within the marine, or shipping sector, focusing on achieving sales growth for various marine or shipping services and solutions. The role entails identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships with key clients, and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs in a highly competitive market.

The successful candidate will oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring that all sales strategies align with the company’s overall objectives. Responsibilities include crafting sales presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating terms to close deals effectively.

The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with relevant teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction. Regular market analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities within the marine sector will be crucial for informing sales strategy. The role also includes participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to bolster the company’s presence and strengthen brand recognition within the marine or shipping community.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Business, Marine Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Some sales or working experience, particularly in the marine, hospitality , air crew, or maritime industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• A thorough understanding of the marine sector, including trends and challenges, is advantageous
• HIGH DRIVE personality - have experience in HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY / AIRLINE OR SALES OR CUSTOMER SERVICE // MARINE / SHIPPING / must have SALES PERSONALITY
• Open to Non- experience
