Manager/Senior Manager, Grant Management

Our client is seeking a highly qualified individual to join their team. This role involves overlooking a team responsible for the daily management of grant processing, including the review and approval of applications and claims. The successful candidate will also be responsible for engaging with stakeholders to ensure full adherence to policies and procedures, maintaining consistency and compliance in grant administration.

Responsibilities

• Overlook a team to handle daily grant processing, including reviewing and approving applications and claims.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to policies and procedures for consistent grant administration.
• Oversee and update SOPs to improve efficiency and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on policies, processes, and daily operations.
• Track and report data on grant processing, performance, and targets to senior management; assist with audits as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks and support special projects or events assigned by management or HR.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Data Science, or related fields.
• 8 years of experience in grants management, administration, or in audit, evaluation, and claims-related roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and systems thinking abilities.
• Proficient in written, verbal, and presentation communication, with a keen eye for detail.
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
