Job Summary

Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth and exceed company targets. Lead and empower the sales team to achieve measurable outcomes while fostering strong client relationships and cross-departmental collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives to achieve and surpass sales targets
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to optimize individual and collective performance
• Set clear individual sales targets and monitor progress to ensure goal attainment
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets to expand revenue streams
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and key customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to inform strategic decision-making
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches and maintain competitive advantage
• Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Collaborate effectively with marketing and other departments to drive integrated sales performance improvements
• Address customer complaints promptly and implement solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills demonstrated through successful team performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills applied in client and stakeholder interactions
• Ability to analyze sales data and prepare comprehensive reports to support business decisions
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software to manage sales processes and customer information

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
