Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager to join our leadership team. This role is critical for driving operational excellence, developing our talent, and executing on our strategic vision. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can motivate a team, optimize processes, and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Team Leadership & Development:
· Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
· Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and professional development.
· Empower team members by providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and opportunities for growth.
· Operational & Strategic Management:
· Develop and implement departmental goals, strategies, and operational plans that align with the company's objectives.
· Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and the timely completion of projects and key deliverables.
· Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and drive informed decision-making.
· Performance & Accountability:
· Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track team and individual performance.
· Hold the team accountable for achieving targets while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
· Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve outcomes.
· Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
· Serve as a key link between senior leadership and the team, ensuring clear and effective communication in both directions.
· Collaborate with other department managers to achieve cross-functional goals and ensure organizational alignment.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Budget & Resource Management:
· Assist in the development and management of the departmental budget.
· Ensure optimal allocation of resources (personnel, technology, tools) to meet business needs effectively.
Who You Are:
· A proven leader with a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
· A strategic thinker with a track record of translating vision into actionable plans and achieving measurable results.
· An excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating a diverse team and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
· A strong problem-solver with analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
· Proficient in [mention general software, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, CRM/ERP systems].
· A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule. able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends

Requirements
Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma
Work experience- at least one year working experience in related fields
Job type- full time
Required languages: English and able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers
