Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Beauty Spa & Wellness Centre. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the spa and wellness centre to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance to support uninterrupted operations
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions to increase client engagement and revenue
• Drive revenue growth by balancing service excellence with business objectives
• Manage staff schedules, evaluate performance, and coordinate training to optimize team productivity and skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality management
• Diploma or degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or Beauty/Wellness
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, beauty services, and wellness practices
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
