Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and personable Luxury Watch Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional, relationship-led experience to our clientele. This role goes beyond retail—focusing on building long-term trust with collectors, advising on high-value timepieces, and representing the brand with discretion and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a personalised, high-touch sales experience to local and international clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with watch collectors and high-net-worth individuals
• Advise clients on product knowledge, market trends, and investment-worthy timepieces
• Manage sales enquiries across in-store, digital, and private channels
• Handle consignment pieces, client sourcing requests, and after-sales service coordination
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and uphold brand standards
• Support private viewings, events, and client appointments

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches, jewellery, or high-value goods
• Strong understanding of fine watchmaking brands is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and confident in dealing with discerning clientele
• Sales-driven with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
• Discreet, trustworthy, and client-focused
• Ability to work weekends and retail hours
