Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our luxury boutique in Singapore. The role involves both in-store sales and supporting online customer enquiries, while assisting with promotional activities and social media engagement.

Candidates with an interest in fashion and luxury products are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service in the shop
• Assist customers with product selection and sales transactions
• Handle online customer enquiries via messaging platforms and social media
• Support daily store operations and visual merchandising
• Assist with promotional campaigns and marketing activities
• Participate in basic social media content support and customer engagement
• Maintain product presentation and store cleanliness ,and sku management

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Able to communicate in English for daily customer interactions
• Interest in fashion, luxury goods, or designer brands
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers both offline and online
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
• Female candidates are preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or jewellery
• Experience in livestream sales or online retail platforms

Compensation:

• Basic salary plus commission
• Performance-based incentives tied to individual and store sales
