• Deliver personalized and exceptional customer service aligned with luxury retail standards

• Drive sales by actively engaging clients and identifying upselling opportunities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow a strong clientele base

• Represent the heritage, craftsmanship, and values of the brand as a professional ambassador

• Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, stock management, and housekeeping

• Support in-store events, launches, and marketing activations

👤 Requirements

• Prior experience in luxury retail / watches / jewellery / accessories preferred

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Well-groomed, professional, and confident in client-facing environments

• Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet or exceed targets

• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
