Luxury Client Advisor (Management Track)

Watch District | Singapore

About the Role

This is not a typical retail position. As a Luxury Client Advisor at Watch District, you will be part of the frontline team shaping the growth of a leading luxury watch business. You will work closely with founders and senior team members to manage high-value clients, represent the brand, and develop the skills required to move into leadership and management roles as the company scales.

This role is designed for high-potential graduates who want real exposure to luxury sales, client strategy, brand building, and business operations, with a clear pathway into management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on luxury timepieces through in-depth consultations

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and international clients

  • Represent Watch District with professionalism, confidence, and strong brand presence

  • Learn watch fundamentals, pricing dynamics, and market trends

  • Support daily showroom operations and client experience excellence

  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, customer journey, and in-store standards

  • Work closely with management to understand buying strategy, inventory decisions, and business performance

Management Track & Growth Path

Typical progression:

  • Luxury Client Advisor – Sales, product knowledge, client handling

  • Senior Client Advisor – Key client management, mentoring juniors

  • Assistant Store Manager / Business Lead – Team leadership, performance oversight

  • Store Manager / Expansion Lead – New outlet launches, buying support, strategic growth

You will gain direct exposure to management decision-making and business strategy along the way.

Requirements

  • University graduate or final-year student (all disciplines welcome)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Presentable, confident, and comfortable interacting with high-net-worth clients

  • Commercial mindset with interest in business, branding, or entrepreneurship

  • Willingness to learn — no prior watch or retail experience required

  • Comfortable working weekends and retail hours
