Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Hospitality

• Greet and host clients with warmth, confidence, and polished service standards.

• Offer a premium boutique experience inspired by luxury hospitality.

• Build long-term client relationships through personalised service and follow-ups.

• Assist clients in product selection, styling, and understanding brand heritage.

Retail Sales & Product Knowledge

• Present luxury watches professionally, highlighting key details and collectability.

• Support the sales process from enquiry to after-sales service.

• Maintain strong product knowledge across all brands carried by Watch District.

• Achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining exceptional service quality.

Store Presentation & Brand Image

• Maintain impeccable grooming and represent the brand with confidence.

• Ensure showroom displays, counters, and product setups meet luxury standards.

• Assist in unboxing, price tagging, and arranging showcases attractively.

Operational Support

• Manage client appointments, inquiries, and showroom traffic flow.

• Assist in inventory handling, daily opening/closing procedures, and basic admin.

• Support brand events, VIP appointments, and content creation when needed.

Requirements

• Ex-Singapore Airlines / International Cabin Crew experience highly preferred

• Strong background in hospitality, luxury retail, or premium customer service

• Excellent communication skills with polished grooming and presentation

• Confident, approachable, professional, and able to host VIP clientele

• Passion for luxury goods, watches, or fashion is a bonus

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team spirit

• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays on rotation
