Logistics Assistant - Retail MNC/East/S$3200

An established multinational retail organisation is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support import and export operations across regional markets. This role works closely with overseas affiliates, trade partners, and logistics service providers to ensure timely shipments, accurate documentation, and smooth logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import and export shipments with overseas offices, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners.
• Prepare and manage shipping and trade documentation (invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB).
• Track shipments, provide logistics updates, and support cost monitoring.
• Process logistics-related invoices and support ad-hoc operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in English; additional language skills (Vietnamese, Chinese, or Korean) to communicate with overseas affiliates, are an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
