Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Store Coordination

•   Manage weekly distribution from the warehouse to Singapore stores.

•   Coordinate store returns (merchandise &non-merchandise) back to the warehouse.

•   Provide weekly delivery status updates to Retail Operations and Merchandising.

Inventory & Stock Integrity

•  Coordinate weekly cycle counts with stores and Retail Operations.

•  Attend Monthly Inventory Meeting & ASEANIASM Monthly Meeting.

Regional Logistics & Compliance

•  Manage stock rebalancing and transfers across SG, VN, AU, and NZ.

•   Monitor incoming shipments for SG, AU, NZ retail stores.

•   Coordinate deliveries to Singapore/Australiawholesalers when required.

Requirements

•    Experience in SAP S/4 HANA (FIORI) is a plus; training provided.

•   Basic knowledge of retail operations andlogistics workflows.

•  Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and 3PL partners.
