Limousine Operations Coordinator (6 months contract/ Up to $2.1k)

Job Summary

Lead and support a team of limousine drivers to ensure punctuality, service quality, and operational efficiency while coordinating bookings and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of limousine drivers by addressing inquiries and providing timely assistance to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate job postings accurately and promptly to drivers to maintain clear scheduling and assignments
• Monitor driver punctuality and readiness for assigned jobs to uphold service reliability
• Maintain operational efficiency by multitasking effectively during peak booking periods to meet demand
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate and execute bookings seamlessly
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders to support operational needs and service delivery
• Conduct regular checks (6 days per month) on vehicle cleanliness and driver attitude to ensure adherence to company service standards

Other Information

Working Shift

• 5-day work week including weekends
• Shift options: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM*
• Employees scheduled for the 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift may claim reimbursement for Grab rides home*
