Leasing Manager

Reporting to the Head of Leasing, you will be responsible for all retail leasing functions of Paragon.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Leasing in planning and implementing leasing strategy and tenant mix
• Formulate and implement retail concepts and target prospective tenants with creative retail concepts
• Prospecting/leasing of spaces and conduct viewing of available spaces
• Monitor all current and future vacancies to ensure full occupancy of the mall
• Prepare annual rental budget and projection and monthly reporting
• Negotiate new and renewal of leases with tenants
• Account management of tenants and tenancy liaison, handling tenancy-related issues and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
• Work with relevant departments to meet tenant’s needs and drive traffic into the malls

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimally 5 years of retail and commercial leasing experience
• Proven track record in retail leasing with good network of tenants and contacts
• Good understanding of the retail industry and trend
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess positive disposition, resourceful and a team player
• Ability to multi-task, an eye for details and work within timeline
• Those who are registered as Salesperson with CEA will have an advantage
