Learning Designer

Responsibilities:

• Support the design and development of e-learning courses that meet client training goals and learning outcomes.
• Assist in conducting learning needs analysis and gathering content from subject matter experts.
• Develop instructional content, storyboards, and assessments based on sound learning principles and methodologies.
• Create engaging and interactive digital learning content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Storyline).
• Collaborate with the team to design blended learning experiences that include videos, quizzes, and interactive media.
• Translate learning objectives into learner-centric experiences that are easy to understand and apply.
• Review and refine learning content based on feedback and testing.
• Work closely with instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and developers to ensure content quality and alignment with learning outcomes.

Requirements:

• Degree in any field.
• ACTA / ACLP certified (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or e-learning development.
• Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Proficient in using authoring tools and comfortable with technology-enhanced learning.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality learning content.
