What You’ll Do

• Architect, build and maintain the full-stack systems powering our mobile apps, fleet management systems and data pipelines
• Design and implement microservices to support real-time tracking and transactions at scale
• Lead end-to-end RESTful API development, ensuring high availability and low latency
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Data teams to translate user insights into actionable features
• Drive CI/CD best practices: automate testing, deployments, rollbacks and monitoring across AWS, Kubernetes and Docker
• Mentor and coach fellow engineers, fostering a culture of code quality, reliability and continuous improvement
• Champion security-first thinking: identify OWASP risks, enforce best practices and stay ahead of emerging vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years professional experience in full-stack development, ideally within high-growth or mobility-tech environments
• Deep expertise in frontend frameworks (React or Vue) and advanced JavaScript/TypeScript patterns
• Solid mastery of backend languages and frameworks (Spring Boot, Java or equivalent)
• Proven track record designing large-scale, distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Extensive experience with both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) data modeling and optimization
• Strong skills in RESTful API design, message streaming (Kafka) and search platforms (Elasticsearch)
• Hands-on with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation/Terraform) and infrastructure-as-code
• Proficient in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS)
• Demonstrated mastery of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and DevOps tooling
• Deep understanding of security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
• A passion for mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team or technical project end-to-end
• Background in building mobility or IoT platforms
