Labs – 6 Months Renewable Locum Phlebotomists

Work Options (2 type):

1. Novena / Orchard

   • Must float across sites, 6 days a week, min 2 sats a month

2. Orchard (Fixed-site)

   • Monday to Saturday 8am - 1pm / 8:30am - 1:30pm

Rates:

• Certified Phlebotomists & Enrolled Nurses (EN): $23/hr

• Staff Nurses (RN): $26/hr

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year phlebotomy experience

• Must attach Phlebotomy Certificate and/or Nursing License in resume

• Fully vaccinated with required vaccinations (below)

Vaccination Requirements (Mandatory):

• COVID-19: 3 doses

• MMR

• Tdap

• Varicella: 2 doses OR positive antibody results

• Hepatitis B: vaccination + serology antibody results
