Kitchen Assistant / Commis

Salary:

SGD 2,150 + SGD 300 allowance + Overtime

Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday

8:00 AM – 10:00 PM OR

10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Overtime:

Overtime payable after 44 working hours per week

Rest Days:

4 days per month (Sundays)

Job Description:

Our company operates a grilled fish stall located inside a shopping mall. We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to:

Cook fish on the grill according to provided instructions and recipes

Assist with basic food preparation duties

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area at all times

Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Handle kitchen equipment such as fryers, slicers, and grills safely

Requirements:

No prior experience required (training will be provided)

Able to work near potentially hazardous kitchen equipment

Able to stand for long hours

Fast learner with good work ethics

Positive attitude and strong team spirit

Food Hygiene Certificate required (candidates without certificate may apply and attend the course)
