Key Account Executive (B2B l Manufacturing l West)

This is a B2B-focused role with a strong emphasis on key account management and new client development, and the company is keen to groom this hire as a future branch manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Proactively identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organisations
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Support day-to-day operational and commercial needs of key accounts
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence and account growth
• Perform additional duties as required to support overall branch and business success

Requirements

• Relevant experience in B2B sales, account servicing, or customer-facing roles would be an advantage
• Willingness to learn how to manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities
• Comfortable with prospecting and engaging new clients, while supporting existing customer relationships
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license is preferred.
