Job Summary

You will conduct fundamental research and financial analysis on global public equities and other asset classes, supporting portfolio management decisions. You will manage portfolio operations and maintain relationships with private bankers and brokers, contributing to efficient investment execution and accurate portfolio accounting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental research on global public equities and various asset classes to support investment decisions
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to analyze investment opportunities and risks
• Prepare comprehensive investment memos for the portfolio manager to inform strategy and execution
• Perform daily bookkeeping and trade reconciliation to ensure portfolio accounting accuracy
• Monitor portfolio positions regularly to maintain up-to-date and precise financial records
• Liaise with Private Bankers and external brokers to coordinate trade execution and account maintenance
• Manage high-level administrative coordination to support smooth portfolio operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, STEM, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in equity research, asset management, investment banking, Single/Multi Family Office, or a similar environment
• Proficiency in Excel to develop financial models and analyze data effectively
• Experience with Bloomberg and PitchBook platforms is advantageous
