Job Scope

• Manage end-to-end hiring (job posting, screening, interviews, offers)
• Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and networking
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Support onboarding and new hire documentation
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Ensure hiring processes follow company policies and regulations

Requirement

• Min Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or Business related field of study
