Junior DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on and driven Junior DevOps Engineer (On-Site) to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with foundational IT support experience who wants to build a long-term career in Cloud and DevOps engineering.

Key Responsibilities

DevOps & Cloud (70%)

• Learn and work with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)
• Support containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Assist in CI/CD pipeline implementation (GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Work with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform)
• Support hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-premises servers)
• Assist in deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in production
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions
• Collaborate closely with developers and healthcare teams

IT Support (20- 30%)

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems, printers, and connectivity problems (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets.
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for employees.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs and procurement.
• Support Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration.
• Ensure systems are updated with patches and basic security controls.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• (Recent Graduates preferred)
• At least 1 year of IT support experience (internships considered)
• Basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, VPN)
• Exposure to cloud platforms, scripting, or DevOps tools is a plus
• Hands-on mindset and comfortable working with both hardware & software
• Strong troubleshooting skills, communication abilities, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset are essential.

• Personal DevOps or cloud projects
• Participation in hackathons
• AWS / GCP certifications (or actively pursuing)
• Experience with Git, Docker, or basic scripting
