The Opportunity

• 24 months; 2 years contract

The Talent

• Diploma qualification with basic understanding of business/IT processes
• At least 1 year of experience in operations, coordination, or tech‑related support roles
• Able to handle system support tasks such as workflows, integrations, and basic troubleshooting
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, and requirement‑gathering skills

Job Description 

• Support daily CRM and MarTech operations, including data checks, workflow updates, and troubleshooting issues
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and functional specifications
• Assist with CRM/MarTech and analytics system integrations, including API mapping and coordination with vendors
• Handle SIT and UAT testing, prepare test cases, track defects, and validate fixes
• Maintain updated documentation for processes, integrations, and platform configurations
• Support analytics tracking setup (GA4, tag management) and assist with timely reporting
