The Job

• Process payments and posting entries in Financial system for GIRO / FAST / PAYNOW transactions.
• Mange and respond functional mailbox / service requests / workflow system on stakeholders enquiry’s timely.
• Perform investigation and reconciliation on customer’s GIRO / FAST transaction.
• Ensure proper data management and archival.
• Perform Data Entry for statistics relating to GIRO and FAST
• Adhere to compliance regulations and SOP.
• Assist in billing related matters.
• Process honouring / returning for GIRO exception.
• Process GIRO Stop payments requests.
