Responsibilities:

PCCG is seeking a dedicated and culturally fluent Japanese Cultural & Culinary Specialist. This unique role combines the preparation of authentic Japanese cuisine, Japanese language and cultural instructions for guests and staff, and other general office and household assistance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Japanese culture, highly organised, and comfortable working in a family-oriented environment.

The candidate’s role will include the following:

• prepare authentic Japanese cuisine for company’s guests and staff
• introduce Japanese dining etiquette and seasonal culinary customs.
• teach Japanese language and cultural classes
• organise ad-hoc cultural activities
• support CEO’s household and provide general office assistance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Japanese cooking, preferably in a private or hospitality setting
• Native Japanese speaker who is also conversant in English
• Experience in conducting classes on Japanese culture in a group setting
• Knowledgeable and proud of Japanese customs, etiquette and cultural practices
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
