Job Title: Japanese Cook / Service Crew Member
Locations: VivoCity | Orchard | Suntec City
Work Schedule: 5.5-day workweek (44 hours). Overtime is recognized and paid accordingly.

1. Role: Japanese Cook

Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,800 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic Japanese dishes using traditional techniques.

• Manage daily kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, and plating.

• Uphold strict standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation.

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen workstation.

• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Japanese cuisine kitchen.

2. Role: Service Crew (Hospitality)

Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,200 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests.

• Accurately manage orders and ensure timely service of food and beverages.

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting dining area.

• Engage guests by knowledgeably explaining menu items and making recommendations.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
