Patient Service Associate (Part-Time, 3-Month Contract)

Location: Outram
Commitment: 3 days per week (19.5 working hours total, 6.5 hours per day)
Duration: 3-month contract, commencing January 2026 (subject to medical clearance)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• Alternate Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
• Staff will be rostered for 6.5 hours per working day within the above time frame.

Hourly Remuneration

• Diploma / Private Diploma / Higher NITEC / A-Level: $10.20 per hour
• NITEC: $9.60 per hour

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Manage billing and financial counselling matters
• Provide administrative and clerical support
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Able to commit to the specified part-time schedule for the contract duration
• Prior experience in healthcare front desk or clinic administration is advantageous
