Job Summary
You will lead on-site start-up, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of client equipment and systems, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with service level agreements. You will drive maintenance planning, deliver technical training, and support software solutions to enhance client satisfaction and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site start-up, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of client equipment and systems to ensure operational readiness and reliability
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules, performing routine and corrective maintenance including software enhancements, bug fixes, and patches in accordance with SLA requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to restore system functionality promptly by following defined SLA processes and resolutions
- Deliver technical training sessions to customers’ engineers and technicians to enhance their operational capabilities
- Provide ongoing support for business applications across all assigned locations to maintain seamless operations
- Support the development and deployment of in-house software by installing, troubleshooting, and commissioning solutions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electronic Engineering; Diploma is a plus
- Entry level or fresh graduates are welcome; professional training will be provided
- Demonstrate self-starting ability and work independently with minimal supervision
- Analyze and resolve technical faults effectively to minimize downtime
- Exhibit customer-oriented mindset to enhance client satisfaction
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Maintain a motivated and positive attitude to meet operational demands
- Willingness to perform overtime when required
