Overview

We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on Training & IT Support Technician to provide technical support for day‑to‑day IT operations and ensure smooth delivery of classroom, lab, and training activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, setting up equipment, and supporting users in a fast-paced training or operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up and maintain laptops, PCs, and training equipment.
• Assist with user accounts, access rights, and system updates.
• Track and maintain IT inventory, asset records, and equipment movement.
• Support trainers by preparing training rooms, labs, and simulation systems.
• Handle documentation for incidents, equipment logs, and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate tech requirements and scheduling for training sessions.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or related field.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, Windows OS, and networking.
• Organised and customer‑service oriented.
• Experience with training or lab tech setups is an advantage.
