IT Support Specialist (LMS)

The Opportunity:

• Adecco is partnering with a public sector agency to search for an IT Support Specialist (LMS).
• Role will start off as a 12-months contract assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Migrate content accurately from the current system to a new platform.
• Collaborate with the tech team to ensure smooth migration and resolve issues.
• Provide first-level support for content-related technical problems.
• Communicate with clients to understand and address their needs.
• Assist the team with transition tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience with LMS design and use.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
