IT Support Assistant

Job Purpose

The IT Support Assistant is part of the IT Service Management team supporting TCG office and project site locations in Singapore. The role works closely with the IT Service Management team to deliver reliable IT support, build strong working relationships with business users, and provide a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support by owning and resolving assigned incidents and service requests with clear and timely communication.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, and networked peripheral devices.
• Support commissioning and decommissioning of project sites.
• Maintain accurate IT records and documentation.
• Help preserve the security of company systems and data.
• Act as a positive ambassador for IT and perform other related duties as assigned.
• Essential Skills & Experience
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience in first-line IT technical support.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with laptop installation and hardware support.
• Basic understanding of networking and IT security.
