IT Operations & Business analyst – (1-Year Renewable Contract)

📍 Location: Changi, Singapore
📅 Contract: 1 Year (Renewable)
🕐 Environment: Mission-critical airport operations (24/7 support environment)

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT Operations & Business analyst to support the implementation of IT initiatives and ensure operational excellence across technology systems.

This role will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support IT operations, solution deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives . The position offers strong exposure to digital systems, infrastructure technologies and enterprise IT operations.

Candidates who are comfortable with a 1-year renewable contract engagement are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders (internal teams and external vendors) to support incident troubleshooting and resolution under the guidance of senior engineers.

🔹 Assist technical teams in gathering requirements, preparing documentation, and proposing technical solutions along with operational performance metrics.

🔹 Support project implementation and change management processes to ensure IT solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements.

🔹 Assist in day-to-day operations, monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of IT systems

🔹 Participate in 24/7 standby or support rotations when required to ensure operational continuity.

🔹 Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives across IT and business processes.

🔹 Support the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, including:

• Automation tools

• AI-assisted operations

• Cloud platforms

• Endpoint security solutions

• IoT devices

• Digital passenger systems

🔹 Maintain accurate technical documentation, SOPs, inventory records, and operational checklists.

Requirements

✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline

✔ Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in system support, IT operations, or technical domains

✔ Basic understanding of Networking, System Administration, Cloud Technologies, or Cyber Security

✔ Familiarity with IT Service Management practices will be advantageous

✔ Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CAPM, or related project management certifications are a plus

✔ Strong analytical thinking, documentation, and project coordination skills

✔ Good communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with internal teams and vendors

✔ Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately

✔ Comfortable working in a dynamic 24/7 operational environment
