  🔑 Key Skills Required

  Must-Have:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Complex Formulas)

  • Strong data reconciliation and analytical skills

  • High attention to detail and compliance mindset

  Good to Have:

  • Excel Macros / VBA knowledge

  • Basic Shell Scripting

  • Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM)

  • Understanding of IT controls, audit, or risk processes

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Actively support a 2-year program to revamp and enhance the Application Access Matrix.

• Perform detailed reconciliation of application user listings in strict accordance with established SOPs.

• Identify, analyse, and resolve access-related compliance gaps.

• Collaborate with Application Teams and Risk Managers to ensure governance standards are met.

• Track remediation progress and prepare structured reports for management review.

• Ensure documentation accuracy and process integrity across access reviews.

🎓 Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Fresh graduates with strong analytical aptitude and interest in IT Security are encouraged to apply.

• Strong attention to detail and structured working style.
