IT Executive

About the role

Elush (T3) Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Executive to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. This full-time role will be responsible for providing essential IT support and services to our organisation, ensuring smooth daily operations and resolving technical issues promptly.

What you'll be doing

• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related problems
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and other peripherals
• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data storage
• Assist with the implementation and rollout of new IT systems and applications
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for the maintenance and support of IT systems
• Contribute to the development and improvement of IT policies and procedures
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or similar role
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in the use of common productivity software, such as the Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies
