Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients in-store or onsite to understand their lifestyle, needs, and budget.

• Create design concepts including space planning, mood boards, and material palettes.

• Prepare 2D/ 3D visualizations to help clients picture their new space.

• Convert design consultations into confirmed projects, achieving personal sales targets.

• Work closely with IUIGA’s contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor progress and maintain regular client updates to ensure timely completion.

• Resolve design or service issues quickly to maintain client trust.

• Embody IUIGA’s customer-first values in every interaction.
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in interior design or renovation.

• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD and SketchUp).

• Strong sales drive, self-motivation, and resilience to meet targets.

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is an advantage.

• High level of accountability, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
