Job Summary

You will assist in preparing and communicating design intents and finishes to contractors, delivering high-quality 3D and AutoCAD drawings, material boards, and project schedules to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Explain and clarify proposed design intents and finishes to contractors to ensure accurate implementation
• Produce detailed 3D and AutoCAD drawings that meet high standards of quality and precision
• Develop comprehensive material boards that support design concepts and client decisions
• Prepare and manage schedules of finishes and project management timelines to track progress and meet deadlines
• Compile accurate cost estimates for building and interior works to support budgeting and resource allocation
• Ensure quality control throughout project phases to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Participate actively in design consultations and site meetings to address issues and align project goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop for design documentation and visualisation
• Skilled in Autodesk 3D Max, SketchUp, and Vray to create advanced 3D renderings and presentations
• Experienced in designing residential and hospitality projects, demonstrating relevant industry knowledge
• Confident and motivated communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to support project documentation and presentations
