Insurance Billing & Commercial Executive

The Insurance Billing & Commercial Executive supports insurance direct billing operations while contributing to the development of new corporate and commercial opportunities across IMC and Dental businesses within the Qualitas Group. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish corporate relationships, strengthen insurance collaborations, and support revenue-generating initiatives. The scope of responsibilities would evolve in line with business priorities and growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Insurance Direct Billing Operations:

• Validate insurance eligibility and coverage in accordance with insurer requirements
• Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and within required timelines
• Manage claim-related enquiries by coordinating with internal teams and clinicians
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding insurance payments to ensure timely reimbursement
• Liaise with patients regarding non-covered services and outstanding balances

Corporate Development & Commercial Support:

• Support the identification and outreach of new corporate clients and partners
• Assist in developing corporate dental offerings, including health check packages, talks, and on-site events
• Coordinate meetings, proposals, and follow-ups with prospective corporate clients and insurance partners
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives aimed at building corporate awareness and revenue growth
• Assist the Commercial Manager in executing commercial strategies for Dental business

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in healthcare administration, insurance billing, corporate support, or commercial roles
• Strong interest in business development and corporate healthcare solutions
• Good communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work across medical and dental teams
• Comfortable operating in a growing and evolving commercial function
