Job Description
As an Insurance Administrative Assistant / Executive, you will assist in the preparation, review, and issuance of insurance policy documents and endorsements. You will also ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and filing upon issuance.
Office:
6 minutes’ walk from Somerset MRT Station
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Promptly follow up with clients on motor insurance enquiries
Handle policy renewals for clients
Update and maintain the customer database accurately
Prepare motor insurance quotations and issue policies
Process insurance policies and related documentation
Provide administrative support, including filing, printing, and email management
Requirements
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Results- and service-oriented mindset
Proactive and fast-paced working attitude
