We are looking for an Information Technology Executive to join our team!

Job Summary

As an Information Technology Business Partner , you will be supporting the Director of Information Technology in enhancement of the resort’s IT infrastructure to support seamless operations. You will support IT solutions aligned with business needs, provide user support and training, and ensure compliance with Shangri-La Group IT policies to drive operational excellence for 2 entities at Sentosa Island.

As an Information Technology Executive, we rely on you to:

• Support and maintain the resort’s information systems, IT applications, and hardware to ensure reliable and secure IT operations
• Established and operate the information data centre following Shangri-La Group IT guidelines and policies to maintain compliance and system integrity
• Plan and execute system upgrades and modifications to meet evolving business requirements and enhance operational efficiency
• Deliver IT support and training to users to improve technology adoption and resolve technical issues promptly
• Identify and implement innovative IT solutions to optimize resort operations and enhance guest and staff experiences
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand IT needs and deliver impactful solutions

We are looking for someone who:

• Relevant experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure in a hospitality or related environment
• Certification in Information Technology or a related discipline demonstrating foundational IT knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage users and facilitate effective IT training
