Job Summary

Join SG Immigration Consultancy as an Immigration Sales Consultant to drive business growth by advising clients on PR and Citizenship applications, managing end-to-end client journeys, and converting leads into successful outcomes in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on eligibility criteria, PR and Singapore Citizenship strategies, and guide them through the full application process to achieve successful outcomes
• Manage the entire client journey including documentation preparation, submission, and liaison with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) to ensure timely processing
• Engage potential leads through consultative sales techniques to convert enquiries into confirmed sales, contributing to business growth
• Monitor and interpret updates in immigration regulations to provide accurate, compliant advice to clients
• Ensure all client submissions meet accuracy and compliance standards to minimize delays or rejections
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client services and deliver a seamless, positive client experience
• Utilize CRM and sales systems effectively to track client interactions and sales progress

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, consulting, or financial services to enhance client engagement and sales effectiveness
• Ability to work independently while contributing as a collaborative team member
• Proficiency in a second language such as Mandarin, Bahasa, or Tagalog is advantageous for client communication diversity
