*IMMEDIATE* Permanent Procurement Executive (East / SAP) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Review and process Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders; ensure accuracy and specification compliance.
• Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers to confirm order details and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Execute Goods Received Notes in SAP and track requisitions, contracts, and order status.
• Source new goods locally and overseas; coordinate air and sea freight with forwarders.
• Verify incoming shipments against orders to ensure quantity and quality compliance.
• Manage vendor onboarding documentation in SAP; ensure adherence to company purchasing policies and approval guidelines
• Maintain procurement records and price lists; support month end and year end closing, including AP reconciliation and credit card reconciliation.

Job Requirements

• Min. 2-3 years of procurement experience
• Experience in SAP
