The HR Operations Associate supports recruitment delivery and operational processes for client hiring projects. This role focuses on coordinating recruitment activities, candidate management, and administrative processes to ensure smooth hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment delivery for client hiring projects
- Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews
- Manage candidate documentation and onboarding processes
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update internal databases
- Liaise with candidates to coordinate interviews and hiring updates
- Provide operational and administrative support to the recruitment team
- Manage invoices and liaison with stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in HR operations or recruitment delivery
