We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our team!

As a Human Resources Executive, we rely on you to:

• Respond promptly and accurately to employee enquiries to maintain clear communication and support
• Design and implement employee engagement activities that enhance workplace morale and collaboration
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to facilitate HR initiatives and align with organizational goals
• Manage HR administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and secure qualified talent aligned with company needs

We are looking for someone who:

• Experience as a Human Resources generalist with a demonstrated ability to support diverse HR functions
• Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting stakeholders and influencing HR strategy
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of human resources processes and procedures to ensure effective HR service delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to produce reports, presentations, an documentation
• Professional Certificate in Human Resources is preferred to validate HR knowledge and skills
• Experience in Industrial Relations is an added advantage to navigate employee relations and compliance
