• Coordinating with recruitment agencies

• Interview Process to manage

o Initial review of CV before sharing with the hiring manager

o Coordinating interview arrangements with candidates/agencies

o Following up on interview outcomes and obtaining approval for offers

o Raising a ticket with GBS for offer letter preparation

o Issuing offer letters to candidates/agencies

• Immigration Process

o Collecting candidate information for work pass processing (where applicable)

• Medical Check up & Onboarding Process

o Coordinate with candidates/agencies for arranging medical examinations and Food Safety Course enrolment

o Coordinating for join date and initiating onboarding with GBS
