Human Resource Executive (HEALTHCARE) #HDC

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers
• Manage orientation and onboarding for new employees
• Be the local specialist providing hands-on labor law advice and support for the company
• Partner with HR Business Partners
• Partner with managers to understand and resolve issues
• Working with the business to develop proactive solutions to recurring team challenges
• Road managing global HR project work and roll-out of HR initiatives
• Supporting processes through the employee life cycle including performance development, organizational change, and conduct issues
• Delivering training to support manager development
• Reviewing HR processes and suggesting changes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Completing regular audits and any necessary admin responsibilities

Requirements

• Min Dip / Deg in Human Resource/Business/ Other relevant field
• 2-3 years experience will be at an advantage
• Able to work in a high performance team
• Excellent communication skills
