Human Resource & Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource

• Support recruitment activities (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain employee records
• Handle MOM matters (e.g. S-Pass applications and renewals)
• Coordinate training, development initiatives, and government grants (e.g. SkillsFuture)
• Manage employee benefits, leave records, and welfare activities
• Administer medical insurance, health screenings, and related documentation
• Maintain and update HR policies and handbook

Accounts Receivable

• Process invoices in NetSuite
• Monitor and reconcile AR balances
• Follow up on outstanding or disputed invoices

Administration

• Verify logistics and delivery-related expenses with vendors

Requirements

• Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous, independent, and able to multitask
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
