Key Responsibilities:
• Partner nursing leaders on HR matters including manpower planning and employee relations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
• Provide HR advisory on policies, performance management, and staff engagement
• Work closely with management to address workforce issues and operational needs
• Support HR initiatives and projects within the organisation

Requirements:
• Prior HR Business Partner or HR generalist experience
• Min Degree Business Administration / Human Resource
