About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager / Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that enable organisational growth and performance. This role partners closely with leadership teams to deliver end-to-end HR solutions aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
Provide consultative support on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
Talent & Performance Management
Partner with managers on performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support leadership capability development.
Facilitate talent mapping, promotions, internal mobility, and career development discussions.
HR Operations & Governance
Oversee HR lifecycle processes including payroll coordination, performance cycles, and employee documentation.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
Balance operational excellence with employee experience and business agility.
Projects & Change Management
Lead or contribute to HR transformation initiatives and organisational change projects.
Support continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance effectiveness.
Data & Reporting
Develop and present HR dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision making.
Provide insights on market trends, workforce metrics, and people risks to senior management.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, or Talent Management roles, ideally within complex or matrix organisations.
Strong expertise in performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, and core HR operations.
Experience supporting people capability and leadership development initiatives within an HRBP scope.
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
Strong business acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Independent yet collaborative, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
